OK I've just got an idea that I think would be quite neat:

How about a virtual rubber duck that sits in the corner of your editor? Just like the gem in old Word, if you remember. It's yellow and quacks sometimes, and nods understandingly when you talk to it (mic monitoring).

And it also monitors your typing and says (popup text bubble) things like:
"those parentheses doesn't look balanced to me"
"did you really initialize that variable?"
"you wrote JASON again"
"you forgot the ;"

You get the point.

I don't have time to implement, feel free to steal my idea and become a millionaire.

yeah. because Things went so great last time a thing like that was implemented in a programm (you mentioned it already) - also would you trust a Programm that requires constant microphone Access and Monitors everything you are talking about?

Removing the tips and microphone monitoring - this is a golden idea, pretty fast to do too, might look into it in spare time, sounds cool
