So it's 2 weeks past launch day... And we are still not close to launching.

Sigh...

Know that feeling all to well. What is keeping you guys from reaching launch?

We once had a project where we received the relevant data to build (the website) a few days after the "launch day". In the end we launched about 1.5 months late.
Was very fun. Fortunately my boss shielded me from the pressure by the customer.
