Now install your favourite GNU/Linux distro and you'll fully upgrade your battlestation

Real i7 or a shitty mobile version?

GNU/Linux is a superior os for developers in almost every way, unless you develop for a platform that isn't supported by it(like iOS, Windows-specific programs etc.)

But seriously now: Windows 10 actually has something similar to zram. However, Microsoft calls it memory compression.
