Dang. postman is forcing me to make an account.

Is this the age where we have to make everything ourselves if we don't want to store our information on the internet?

    Yup.

If you're a command line guy try Httpie. I just store curl commands in a markdown file, the way God intended.

for many things I'm in favor of CLI but the environment management, collection, history and the ability to generate curl from Postman is probably going to be more efficient for me than using CLI.

Would pay for it if it means I don't have to create an account lol (but not on subscription)

if postman is forcing me to make an account, that's the day i stop using postman.

but i _might_ just sign up their support email to several thousand newsletters.

Thanks for the headsup, knew there was a reason to continually dismiss the nagging pop-up about upgrading to a new version.

    Postman classic oid exists right?

Yes. Every time I save it pops up to create account. I removed it.

It's been that time for a very long time.

Every company starts to employ anti-user policies as soon as they get investments.

Insomnia works pretty well as an alternative to postman
