Thank you Bimbows for yet again installing an unwanted update without my knowledge, restarting my laptop, all while I dine, watching Battlestar Galactica.
I keep you around for gaming only and you disapoint me so much...

There is a way to disable automatic restarts. It involves some file renaming and changes inside scheduler but it does work.

In have not had any unwanted reboots since may.

I can do a restart manually and have it install.
