avedis32778yif a startup owner hasnt gone through all the conventional stages from beginner to senior, they will never feel what their employees do. (applicable to any business).
instead theyd be driven by fear of failure and in order to avoid it, they put pressure on employess thinking that would put them in a safe position when it comes to deadlines -
mito2468yBut... Being devil's advocate... Startup are much smaller than big companies, doesn't have all the structure behind it, and has to work much harder than the completion to gain some space on the market. Benefit being, when/if the startup is successful you will grow with it, both financially and on position.

avedis32778y@mito yes, thats the reason why that happens.. and no, it shouldnt be considered as something normal or a correct path. at the end of the day, an employee is not oblidged to work like a slave just because of an employer's incompetence and selfishness. :)
One reason behind so many startups today maybe companies treating employees as slaves...😑😑
I am thinking about starting my own startup.😒
