How do you guys deal with RSI and back issues?

My back has been killing me this past week and hands are starting to strain with work and home PC use. I plan on restarting my exercising for my back.

    For me it's my shoulders,

    Pain stopped after I started going for the gym.

    I wear an elbow brace (meant for tennis elbow) and it supports the muscles and tendons in my forearm so my wrist doesn't hurt as bad.

    Besides the obvious decent desk and chair, I think it is in the little habits. Get on your feet to go and ask that collegae a question. Stretch your muscles everytime you go to get coffee. Don't sit in the exact same position all day. Be nice to your body by eating well and drinking plenty of water. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. I can go on but you probably get my drift...
