I like, that many code hosting sites are shutting down (Google Code, Codeplex). This does not mean those sites are bad.
The ones I like and use are GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket (and most personal ones like Gogs or GitLab CE).

Here is my list of the sites I don't like:

    @linuxxx they are not free software.
    But honestly. Their ad filles site is slow and not responsive. If they would make a new frontend i would be ok with it.

    @linuxxx I don't use adblockers. If a website decides to make money off ads I don't want to interfere. I don't play with someone's bread.

    Google used to have a feature where you could block a site from search results. Source Forge and Expert Sex Change were the only sites I had blocked back then.
