Guys, i was installing windows activator in my lappy but i downloaded wrong file which came out to be virus, it was not being removed so i went for windows reset, during resetting a message was displayed as ''a request for clearing tpm'' first i rejected by pressing esc. But when i was installing windows a blue screen msg appeared the images of tpm rqst and blue screen msg is attached below. Pls help me reslove this, im unable to install windows. The blue screen error pic is in comments pls help me out shall i go to service center for that
