I posted on this topic earlier but am facing another big hurdle to getting work done. I am working on a project that requires another team to deploy a package so my part will work. To get this team to do anything there a million reasonable questions asked, followed by a change meeting that you have to attend, catch is they won't tell you where the meeting is. That's my hurdle.
