I hate type c tbh. I always knew how to put my cables into my devices but now its so boring lul.

@b3b3 Thanks, I have seen versions of the a and micro type which can be plugged in both ways. Type a I can understand but micro???

OnePlus? I've had this problem too, forgot my charger when I was in my boyfriend's for a few days. Searched all local supermarkets etc. Ended up getting one at some pop up phone screen/tablet etc. repair thing.

I have a small adapter micro-usb to usb-c on my key, so I can almost always charge my phone.

I've had USB-C on my Android phone for while now, and honestly it's great. It's really nice to be about to plug my phone in easily in the dark.
