Ribs... broken... Dieing!!! Send... help...

One day my ISP has a breakdown and we had to set tethering using my phone. Few hours later all my monthly transfer limit on my phone was exceeded.

Reason?

Windows 10 on my wife's pc was downloading updates and we didn't even know...

@witek Windows 10 is allways downloading updates. It's made for that apparently. It's actually update downloader not a OS. If it weren't downloading them and installing you'll probably get some kind of critical error or it will reboot by itself in order to fix that.
