It can. Give it a push. It will self-steer. And if you give it a really good push, the gyroscopic forces in the wheels will additionally keep it from tipping over.

@netikras one of my devrant goals is to get into an argument that causes the opposition to trigger and down vote everything I post. Then they will lose their down vote privileges. This is not a wholesome goal. This is a troll goal.
