I added a miniature basketball basket on top of our office trash bin. It's pretty fun for its simplicity.
Also thinking about adding some kind of "build light"-led which I could use to show, when my gradle is doing stuff and thus am unable to work.
But It should be somethibg fun. Maybe a batsignal or something :D -

Glad you had a good first day! As far as decorations, it depends on size of workspace and what you're into. If you want it cleaner and more organized, can get desk organizational stuff (they come in cool designs) or you can get things that show your interests.
The office I share with my team is covered in marvel characters, dc characters, and sarcastic motivational sayings ("when work gets overwhelming just remember you're going to die" etc).

I promised myself I wouldnt cry but ... nah I wont.
So I got the job and today was my first day of work, well not precisely work but introduction to the cultuure of the place, signing tons of paper, I probably sold my soul but who cares?, and I met my team, so far everything seems cool, except tthat I will be using windows and wont be able to use any streaming websites or services (yt, spotify, deezer, etc) yes I know, there are ways around it, but come on guys I dont wanna start screwing my first week of work, anyway everything is cool, even the food is tasty there iis only one thing left, my workspace Im an extremely bad decorator so I need ur help, (and yes I know i have to have a duck and a devrant stressball) but apart from that guys and gals, any ideas? So far ive thought about a debugging body, a lava lamp and an extra monitor.
