Stop drinking too much coffee. And yeah, it's possible to die from that. I always drink water and never made the habit of drinking coffee.

Hopefully other coffee addicts will help you out.

I was coffee addict 5 years ago, now I only drink green tea three times a day, also to make your body tired try engaging in some physical exercises, on bed, in the gym, sports, etc. Then you will fell tired after the ends.
Keeping a scheduled tab on your exercise time limit helps you a lot.
Just don't over exercise and don't under exercise

Sleep deprivation is *the* most effective method of torture. Insomniacs will tell you how debilitating it is. If you're being a drama queen, get yourself away from screens for a while (read a book, listen to music) and try to relax. If you're genuinely concerned, speak to a doctor.

When you start behaving like a drunk person not being able to talk and walk properly you should definitely go sleep i know I've been there and its scary.

Balance is everything drop the caffeine, start running or some other form exercise, try and leave work in the office.

15 years ago I used to sleep about 2 hours a night, go out on a Thursday and binge drink to help me sleep ruining Fridays for working I started exercising more and working less which meant less coffee gradually I started sleeping more. Now I leave work at work. Exercise by playing with my kids when I get in from work 15 years later I sleep a minimum of 7.5 hours a night.

    It’s about finding balance though

On workdays I drink about 4 cups of coffee, 2 in the morning, one during lunch and 1 around 3PM.
As lomg as you dont drink coffee after 3PM you are safe.

On friday and satyrday I do drink more coffee, besides the regular times I also drink one at 8PM and 8:30PM
