Trying to manage and develop five massive projects does not leave much free time and does not do much for my sanity.

To manage this i trim fat and reduce scope at every oppurtunity. I also deliberately half ass the unclear reqs and make people email what they need or else its wasted phone calls on same thing ovet and over. Few clients know what they want anyway.

But it's definitely not worth the stress at the end of the day. Looking for a better way...

I'd love to trim some of the unclear requirements, but a lot of them are dictated by EU law or at director level, so sadly don't have that luxury.
