So I finally switched from Visual Studio 2015 to 2017. As you can see it's going great so far :/
Took me an entire day to install it and to get it to compile the most basic program. On top of that it has already crashed/frozen up over 4 times over the past 2 hours.

I hate that it doesn't work with the cuda extension by nvidia.

I am still learning how .net works and everything so I was really frustrated when they turned console application into a friggin extension

Switch to makefiles, in my 20 years of c++/c/ objective-c it never let me down!!

Welcome to the bloated whale of an IDE Microsoft tries to sell. Don't expect responsiveness, fuck you if you think it will correct your errors, and double fuck you if you think it won't make errors of it's own. Yet somehow it's still just about the best out there.
