Random, and probably useless, but do most people pronounce Sudo as you would "pseudo" or "sue-dew"?

pseudo in the privacy of my home, scooby doo when talking to devs.

I usually pronounce words based on what they mean (like a hard g gif because graphics is not pronounced "giraffics")
but yeah, I say "pseudo." I've never really thought about it before.

I don't pronounce sudo because I log in as root on production over telnet to develop. But my password is gif, super secure because people never know if they have to type a g, or a g.

Let me explain: one of the major arguments for pronouncing gif with a hard g is that the g stands for "graphics."

The thing is, that doesn't always work, as the p in JPEG stands for "photographic" and most people pronounce JPEG as "Jay-Peg," not "jay-feg."
