I'm having a bad time using this Gnome. How could you say this is better than Unity? I think it's not.

    @savethecode because Linux never crashes, has kernel panics, or has viruses 😂

    Learn using the super / meta key. You can easily navigate in gnome without mouse. Also activitys can be switched which ctrl + alt + up /down

    Check out Gnome Shell Extensions, You'll be surprised.

    @mrtnrdl actually I'm using both
    i3 on remote servers, my desktop still runs xfce tho. Not sure when I'm going to make the change yet

    @jAsE well what are you using? If youre using a bad maintained software then its not good comparison

    @jAsE I don't know what are your experiences or what software you are using but the only open source software that's been crashing for me has been firefox. Windows 10 on the other hand blue-screened whenever I played Overwatch. Way to go, Microsoft

    As for viruses I'm not going to say that linux or any other open source OS is unbreakable because that's simply BS. Then again it's mostly windows that's getting infected - WannaCry, Petya, who knows how many windows machines being part of botnets.

    The real Nikola would go Mach. And it's a matter of preference really. It would be surprising to see a Unity flavour in future, cause that many liked it then. Lol.

    Gnome feels too much GUI for just about anything. But it's all about preference.

    If you like an out of the box minimal setup, manjaro has a community flavour with i3.
