I mean, the US do have a problem in that poorer parts of the population have bad schools so that they don't get into unis based on merit, and also absurdly expensive unis so that they don't get in based on money.

The solution, however, is not to let unqualified black people flood the unis. It's getting the school system fixed and making unis affordable.

Maybe if the US didn't spend $877 bn (!) annually on their military, which is nearly 40% of the global (!) military expenditures from these only 4% of the world's population, they would have money to fix their education system. Cutting their military budget in half would still leave them with 50% more than China.
