Best way to focus/avoid procrastinating?

I'm looking for ways to focus on coding. So, yesterday i deactivated my facebook and it seems life is more productive now.

    I was having some health problems.
    I been a smoker for 10+ years, since i quit a few months back. Which was very difficult at first, but after a month I found something new something better. Now I'm shooting up heroin...
