PRein11877yI remember when chrome introduced the feature of showing which tabs make sound. It was amazing.

Lol me irl. Even with the little audio icon, when there's a ton of tabs open you can't tell where the sound is coming from.

You all need some bookmarks in your life... Ctrl-shift-D to save session as a collection of bookmarks.
Or, you know, just close the tabs. Browsers have this feature called "history", which makes it super easy to revisit a page. -
@bittersweet you're totally right but for some reason I just leave a billion tabs open.
-
@PRein and there's a feature hidden in chrome://flags that allows you to mute a tab by just clicking on the little speaker icon!

gaben2697yUse Vivaldi, have 100+ tabs compacted into tab stacks. My browser currently only has 7 visual tabs open, it's a breeze to find the offender, and I don't even have to open the tab to mute it
-
@bittersweet I had to enable it a few months ago. Might be default by now, not sure. :)

konfou317yWhat kind of obscure browser are you using that doesn't show sound icon? Firefox and afaik Chrome do.
