Pomodoro technique but with 52min stretches and 15 min breaks.

For avoiding procrastination: create 2 Todo lists every day before leaving work, one for small tasks to be done first thing in the morning and others throughout the day.

    +1 for writing stuff down. I use the bullet journal method, and being able to physically tick things off of a list gives a much better feeling of accomplishment (and hence, I'm more likely to do it!)
