Can't say coding time for sure as I do a lot of server management as well but general programming and server stuffs right now about an hour a day 😭. Working at a distribution center to pay the bills and that takes all my energy 😞. But under normal circumstances every spare minute I have :).

@thomas99934 School and resulting degrees can be important, depending on the position you're aiming for. Coding right now has more real educational value for the future though, so it's a tough choice, you need to find the right balance.
I dropped out of high school, worked for a pharmaceutical company and an aerospace manufacturer as analytical chemist, systems programmer and QA specialist, but I would never advise anyone to slack at school — the road can be tougher without the right credentials.
Currently I spend about 8h on work of which 2h on personal projects and study. Then 4h of gaming, 1h exercise and 1h on TV series per day at home. -
@bittersweet

defunkt3677yI am a student myself and faced similar type of problem with time management. I will suggest you to try Pomodoro Techniques. It really helped me a lot. I try to complete 10 Pomodoros every day. Also there are many sites, forums and apps that will help you in learning and understanding this technique. However, it will be difficult at first. But try to follow it for a month. Good Luck mate. :)
