thinh237ySay thanks to your old supervisor, he is the one of your meaningful people in your whole life. And understanding why he did that, if you want to.
-
@thinh I tried to understand him. Talked a lot about it with my friends and familiy. I also tried to talk with him, but he never intended to talk it out, his mind was just set that I need to go.
He's in no way a meaningful person for me, that guy fired me...
He's on my list of people, which I never want to see again.
Im thankful to him, because now I found a way better job. Everything else from him was just the gallantry of cuntnes.
If you dont like someone or have a problem, talk it out. Dont go burning the guy in the back.
If I have a problem with someone I always try talking to him and tell him what he did wrong or could improve, maybe for the moment you got a akward situation, but later you will be better friends. -
thinh237y@jpichardo I am very appreciate for this (y). For the personal reason I don’t want to build another avatar for changing. Anw, this feature is so impressive :>

My worst experience is, that I was fired after the third week in a new job. I worked then for a really small company.
My supervisor didn't like me and just wanted me out.
He asked for feedback and new ideas. I provided good reviews.
I even gave the company really good ideas, didn't get any credits for it, but they have implemented them now. Never got any credit for it.
I can look back and say that my supervisor then was a douche and wanted to kill off a young guy with a bit more technical knowledge and a vision.
For me it's in the past...
Now I got a way better job at a really gigantic company, better pay, much better work with better working times, a very friendly and helpful team, which appreciate my feedback and effort.
Sometimes it needs to get worse, to have later something better.
Now I can enjoy my new job and go everyday with a smile in my face :)
