Who the fuck still puts stuff on sourceforge?? Every time I have to download something from there I feel like I'm downloading malware. So many ads and purposefully misleading links, serious developers should avoid it like the plague!

Is it really that bad? I have a chrome extension that always warns me when I accidentally open a sourceforge link so I haven't been there for a while. How come it failed so hard?

I feel dirty every time I use it.

++ fuck sourceforge forks... how the hell am I to know some other guy forked your project and their version is now the de-facto standard!? And why should I care!?

Oh 0.95 contains the bug fix for my problem but 0.92 is the only one that actually runs? Great... I'll just use anyone else's product thanks.
