Worst exp. with manager/higher-up?

This guy was the worst. We already knew each other because he taught me calculus at university. He hated me for no reason and he failed me for fun I think. Next semester I got an A with a different lecturer. So after 2 years he got hired as a project manager at the first company I worked at and he was bullying me there so he continued where he left off. I quit so the situation got resolved but that guy was the worst.

    @mt3o ahh sorry boss, I genuinely wasn't sure if you were joking.

    Yes @ttya should report this to HR.

    But usually it's worth remembering that HR work for the company, their priority is the company, and sometimes people are fired just for rocking the boat.

    Well it was a small company so the only person I could complain to was the CEO and they were chummy as hell.@jmacmi2

    I don't get it.. In small team there's even less space for bullies. Such behavior shouldn't be tolerated.
