Need to have APIs ready, worked weekends of my own time still not done, why won't my boss get bums on seats to help -.-

    @myboon I've been at this startup with endless promises for the last 4 years -.- just waiting for it to work to I can relax, we have no teams leaders no project managers just a boss that tells 3 of us what to do and my colleagues just sit on Amazon/Facebook etc -.-

    @bweston - might not be the right company in the long run. You will know. I can be sure the dedication you demonstrate will be beneficial in your career. Never lose that.

    When i said pay off in the end i didn't necessarily mean where you are currently working.
