My job is pretty close to ideal.

-manager is technical/proficient
-hardly any meetings
-I'm trusted to design solutions to problems
-I'm trusted to implement those solutions
-Discretionary time off
-Decent pay
-We make cool technology

Non-list answer:
I can sit down, and work -without interruption- for hours at a time. One time, we had a midweek release date approaching, and I put in 14 hours actually coding. Previous jobs, that would have been an all-nighter because of all the meetings and phone calls required by POs and nervous stakeholders.
