kosio-t23947yWindows has integrated linux shell, which I think is pretty good but can’t compare it to a real linux installation.
-
kosio-t23947y@Triskelion It’s not that bad but almost any linux distro actually installed is better.

boom5217yJust move to linux bro. No dual boot not easy going back. You wont regret it. It just fits devs like a glove

There is no one who says you must...(except Looney's)
It's just better for you 🐸 -
@d02d33pak - Ubuntu, that is your problem! Want to start with Linux, do yourself a favor and install Fedora on that VM of yours

I use windows for gaming or Adobe other than that everything Ms can do Linux has a better way of doing it.
Take the workflow of installing for instance.
Let's say I need programx for something.
On Linux f12(open term)sudo pacman -S programx enter. put in password. wait af few seconds ready to go.
On windows search for the setup file download from a different source each time(make sure the source is trusted so you don't download a virus). Wait for download click on the setup click(or unrar then) next multiple times watch out for malware adware etc then finish and open.
Sure it depends what you need. For graphics os or windows does the trick Other than that it's worse in every area. If os wasn't priced as high as it is i think that alot of Linux users would go with that for workenv only because of the graphical advantage.
Finally Installed LINUX (Ubuntu)
