Question: my hands, all 10 fingers, gets numb very often, at any time that i cant move, but to put my hand below three blankets and three pillow and push it reduce the pain. Is this carpel tunnel syndrome? Should i visit the doctor?

You really need to be taking advice from medical professionals. Carpal tunnel is a complex condition. For some, rest and reduced usage is OK, for others, surgery is required.
