Watching people creating a UI in XAML by dragging and dropping controls from the toolbox makes me want to hit them.

Why? Each to their own! Some folks don't have the vision to code a ui

@philcr Sure, everybody should geht the job done in the way he's best and most efficient in, but the D&D way is way less efficient, imho.
I never saw anybody creating a UI the D&D way anywhere as fast as writing the XAML. At least not a dev.
For design-guys, D&D is the way to go, if they don't want to deal with pure XAML.
