Anyone else who gets a massive headache in the middle of the day/week due to overwork? Myfcknggod I still yet have to discovery coping mechanism... But any tips?

    Taking a little break when it declares was the good way to feel a bit better. And sleep a lot.

    Drink more (water), stand up from your chair and stretch, do some eye exercises.
