I listen to isochronic/binaural music and tones. There's science behind the idea of pulsing tones of certain frequencies being an aid to concentration. If music has lyrics I get too distracted by them.

Ironically, rock and metal. Seether, rise against, 3dg, ghost, cage the elephant, etc. And some deathgrips. I find music like that soothing, and easy to focus with
I also play dota while listening to that stuff. -
I am mainly listening to whatever I like (if it gives me goose bumps, then I like) so my play list is a mix of genres really.
I will try out some of this other stuff like synthwave and biaural stuff too. -
I am very interested on reading on the contents that have just recently updated on that platform. It is shared on the platform of the https://grizzlybeatz.com/djboy23x.h... and it is very impressive. I would highly recommend everyone to go and see it for themselves.

I would never listen to music while writing code because I thought it would distract me to much. I've started doing this lately and I found that I have been more productive. I've noticed I can focus on writing code for a longer (much longer) amount of time before I need to refocus or take a short break.
I've created a "coding" playlist which is growing daily.
Who here finds they are more productive at work while listening to music and what sort of music do you listen to?
