In fact, I usually have Xcode and android studio running side by side with a single issue.
Honestly, for any mobile Development, I would recommend MacBook Pro.

@lewdogg well a Macbook Pro is bound to run that (considering specs). Infact I'd be surprised if it was anything else. It's like rubbing salt on someone else's wounds hah!

Sometimes... I open two Android Studios, the Canary side by side with stable. And when I really want to stress the macbook, I add to this mix Visual Studio. The only issue, beside the huge ram usage, is that there's a conflict between adv daemons.
