@zergioz yup. I really hate seeing the "omg, so and so doesn't know this, I mean c'mon fuck them" comments, because most of the time those people can be taught. It's all about building a great team by coaching. There's only a few cases I can personally think of that someone in a position that should have known something, didn't...
