And then there's the newbies who think they know everything and sneer at the experienced programmers because we're "old". It goes both ways!

@Wildgoose I know this is just a few of them. For example, I always pay attention and learn from experienced ones. They already know what I'm trying to learn. It is wise to give attention to what they are saying.

@philcr I know what you mean. But those newbies are not wise people, they are just the other side of the same coin: "I know everything".

philcr30568y@felipebhz I'll teach anyone who wants to learn but they have to show willing, maybe turn up at work on time, don't be out the door bang on clock off time, spend their lunch break with me learning. But quite often I get people who know it all, or know nothing and are just doing the bare minimum.
One thing that I really hate is experienced programmers who don't threat newbies with kindness and act like "masters of everything"... Don't do that. :/
