Hi folks! Help me in choosing a laptop thinkpad e470(i5, 4gb ram, hdd) or dell vostro similar specs and plus more feature. Budget around 650$

Thinkpad or Vostro or your recommendation.. My preference is coding stuff, android studio, no gaming

@darkShadow07 I agree with what @runfrodorun says. I got a used ThinkPad X220, added an SSD, and upped it to 16 GB of RAM for about $500. Battery life isn't stellar, but it runs like a champ and handled everything I throw at it. Furthermore, it's nearly completely upgradeable, so if one part does, you can just get another. Or, buy cheaper upgrades now and get better parts later.

Android studio with 4gb of ram will be a pain
