They want to make a project fast, give me an unexperienced frontend dev to guide late in the project, gave design a shit ton of time and cut my hours by 25%. Good luck. I don't even care if the project is late and or if I get fired. I can find another job

@MammaNeedHummus Actually, you can only have one: You can't get it good and fast, good and cheap or fast and cheap.

Companies work around that problem by using the upper paygrades of countries with lower cost of living and normaly make the mistake of going for fast instead of good...

@Oktokolo well good and cheap could be: minimal Dev team that writes well written, business value delivering, code but takes forever for them to get features done due to small budget (and therefore a small team)

@MammaNeedHummus Slow equals "not cheap" because devs aren't slaves you just buy once and then have forever. They are more like a subscription service.
