Massive backpain yesterday. Was okay when I woke up but still 4/10. Went to the gym. Pain is gone. Yay

    But judging from your reaction I hit the jackpot. :)

    Exercise is always a good idea, but proper sitting / posture is really important. Stiff and sore muscles is bad combination, speaking from experience here. Even worse when a nerve gets impinged under the rock hard muscle... Then it becomes veeeeeerrryyyy ugly.
