Better a computer without a monitor than a monitor without a computer!

I think you will have errors

I have just decided to go back to a single monitor setup. My productivity on a dual monitor setup was declining at an exponential rate

I work with a blind programmer who does a great job using text to speech. I never could!

@Niro Really?! I've always wondered what that would be like! Every time my RSI acts up and I can't type, I think how I need to figure out how to code without typing.

@wmhilton do you know what blind means?

@DirtyBit Text to speech, speech to text... Can't see code vs can't type code... I guess I left out some segue thoughts, but yes, when I'm unable to type I wonder about all the other ways I could become handicapped and whether I need to write any code now that would help me write code in the future if something happened to me. Deafness wouldn't be as much of a problem I don't think, but I literally cannot imagine programming blind! That's why I'd love to know more about how it can be done.

I find it difficult to program with carts With holes in them...

I develop in my head... I only need a computer to translate it into code?

That... that could be interesting. Imagine browsing a "library" of code or focusing a variable and seeing every function that it affects. So cool @0xide

Tried that once, got a compiler error on scripting code and ended up with a rsod. Never even got a chance to move it to the computer @billgates
