Throughout my career I've blocked a total of three toxic clients.

They still find me via email.

Most recently, I've gotten an email simply asking "how does BitBucket work and how can I use it?"

LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!!!

Why don't u consider charging them for it? Either you will make some extra money. OR. They will disappear and never bother you again.

Get your hands on delivery daemon response with "this email does not exist", copy-paste it, change emails, send.

can't you just block them. or filter them in spam?

Answer that you have addressed to the wrong address and block them.

Clients will always hunt you down, until you’re too expensive. My favorite response is to respond with an extremely high quote: For $15,000 I’ll setup BitBucket, train your staff, admin crap, other shit they’ll never understand. When they push back on the price, just say “this is my rate for this service” they’ll think you got too big for them, and also still refer you to their larger client friends 😆
