Or tick the [Disable cache] checkbox in the Chrome's devtools Network tab -
While Ctrl F5 disables browser cache, it won't remove cookies, local storage, etc.
I find that most of the time these issues happen they come from those.
Ended up adding a shortcut to nuke everything from low orbit. -
mrSidX101yI found that holding CTRL+R will refresh with the new changes.
Yes. It's the simple things they don't tell you that can make you feel like a total idiot.
