    What ISP are you on? I'm in hamburg and my company is looking for a dezent payable ISP which doesn't offer 400Mbit/s down and feeled 2 Mbit/s up

    Just upgraded to 150/150 MBit. Discovered that my desktop on-board NIC is having issues, and is only achieving 45/15, so I ordered a discreet NIC. Ran speed test with my laptop, and getting 150/150.

    @Kimmax I'm not sure, it is the connection of my university. I think it is supported by Telekom but only for scientific facilities

    You Will get in trouble of you run a Exit node, but not a relay :)

    Just tell them as it is then, Tor Relays is not illegal. Also you can limit the bandwith

    @Linux neither is porn illegal and people got in trouble for that as well. The guidelines are quite strict

    @Linux i know about that, I am running one at home. I'm just saying that the university is monitoring the amout of traffic and I can't tell them that I used so much just to look at my pdf textbooks.
