I once worked with a client that wanted a drop-shipping app (they were the supplier). They were explaining how they wanted users to do things .....etc on the app.

I asked - "What if a user gave you an order to an address that is unreachable to your drivers? How will you manage that in the app?"

I am telling you, their minds were BLOWN by my question. They left the call to discuss this scenario with their internal team. I was left facepalming myself.

It was a multi-million dollar valuation company.
