Wouldn't take much of what you are dreaming as a sign. There is some weird shit going in in our brains when we dream. Only thing it says is that your sister made an impression on you somehow at some time.

The subconscious is incapable of creating abstract things. That means anything you see in the dream you have seen in real life or your consciousness has imagined it. The brain taught you need a naked woman and taught "🤔 I will show the naked sister"
