Say your boss keeps going out of his way to create new positions, and giving them to people without interviewing anyone. Am I wrong for being upset/annoyed by this? They aren’t even positions I wanted. Idk why it bugs me so much…

If it harms the company it will negatively impact you in the end so I do not thing its wrong to be upset.

On the other hand, if he is the teal boss or does it with permission from the real boss its not really much you can so unless you are important enough to get him to change.
