If you, as a product manager, can't give me requirements on a specific ask, how in the hell do you expect me to deliver anything? "Move thing from system A to system B" is not a fucking requirement.

Sounds like a task for which you need to be an engineer to define requirements that make sense.

@electrineer it's not, though. He said he didn't know how to gather requirements from teams that already use this data. This is well within his realm. If he said he needed help getting it that would be one thing. But he straight up told me he couldn't /wouldn't provide that info.
