Why should we learn java if we can make apps with c or c++?

The question is wrong.
You need to learn C, C++ to understand how stuff works under the hood.
Also, most of frameworks and languages are still based on C,C++

But there r many languages available how many we should learn then ?

You need binary and logarithmic to understand the logic behind computing.
You need C to realise how programming really works ( allocating memory and such)
And you need Python to easily learn algorithms
