is there any good boss or project managers in the world or all of them are just born assholes?

99% of them are working at indie company's. Even though inexperienced, managers at start ups are the best because they are most likely devs themselves and pitch in on the work. Only they truly understand the work that goes into dev work.

My boss is very nice, I'm in a startup.. i tried big companies, but not for me

I could say, my boss could be the best any boss can be. He is a leader, not a boss. Doesn't take credit for our achievements and doesn't blame us for the bad things that happen time to time.

These comments give me hope that one day I will encounter a good boss.
